Defined and established a cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning process to better balance demand and supply mismatches.  Analyzed statistical and consensus forecasting process and quantified potential revenue enhancements between $5M-$11M.  Led 7-member client team to develop sourcing strategy, execute RFP process and evaluate leading Sales and Operations Planning and demand management software technology solutions.

Designed Sales and Operations Planning process and built an MS Access-based, statistical forecasting model that uses multiple methods and a best-fit selection process.  Model subsequently upgraded to integrated, leading-edge advanced forecasting and demand planning software suite.
